Group Update

January 13, 2023

Update from Jonathan Smith Group CEO-

We are starting 2023, where we left off in 2022, with a continuation of our expansion plans.

In the twelve months to December 2022, TPG added 226 new sites to management with 10,508 units and £1.3 million worth of management fees. In addition to this, our pipeline grew from 293 sites to 346 with an additional 14,000 units and £1 million in fees.

At the end of 2022, TPG managed,  2,073 sites, 105,040 units and had a committed pipeline of 346 sites with 64,578 units.

These are incredible figures, and I am delighted to announce, that we have added a further 5,098 units to management with the acquisition of Chaneys Chartered Surveyors. (Chaneys).

Chaneys, are residential property managers based in Reading and cover the Berkshire and West London area.  Formed in 1959, they have a property portfolio of 5,098 units and strong contacts with Developers.  Once again, this acquisition represents a good strategic fit for the TPG, boosting the presence we already have in Berkshire and the West of London regions.  Chaneys will be the 7th brand added to the TPG portfolio and their team will continue working from their offices in Reading.

These are exciting times for TPG and the Odevo Group and further acquisitions will be announced shortly.
